This hotel is managed professionally and well-run, from the staff themselves to the room cleaniness and attention to details. The pool area is clean and enjoyable. The beds and pillows (normal size pillows for the win!) were comfy and relaxing. Overall a wonderful hotel to stay during your travels. Give yourself one less thing to worry about by staying here. In fact, I switched to this hotel after leaving a totally different one (different corporate ownership too) after only one night because of how bad our experience was. Hilton Garden Inn of Dallas/Richardson wasn't aware of this but they really helped changed the tone of the trip back to a better one for us just by being the type of hotel you're expecting, who actually care and want to achieve good customer relations. So thank you.

Dan at the front desk is truly outstanding—kind, knowledgeable, and consistently welcoming with a genuine smile. Check-in is always smooth and pleasant because of him. Charles in the bar/restaurant is equally amazing: upbeat, friendly, and great at recommending delicious dinner options. He also makes a fabulous drink and creates such a fun, warm vibe. They both make our stay feel like a treat every time. Also, the restaurant’s pork chop is absolutely out of this world—do not miss it!

About a month ago, I stayed at the hotel for 10 days following a relocation. My experience was positive. The rooms were clean. Mattress, pillows, and bedding were all comfortable. There is a daily breakfast that you can add for a cost, and it was fresh. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. A special shout-out to the auditors: Rick, who made me feel welcomed and was patient to answer any question I had about the Dallas/Richardson area, and Dan, who demonstrated professionalism and excellent customer service. Toward the end of my stay, I met the GM, Ricardo, and in talking with him, I could see why my stay went so well. He's an awesome leader with an awesome team! All in all, I felt nothing but comfortable vibes during my extended stay.

Great service, easy check in and clean rooms. The pool was really nice and warm and the fitness center has a lot of free weights and a treadmill. The bartender was great but the food was trash. Tasted like a pizza lunchable and the wings were extremely dry.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Rooms are immaculate, with black out window shades, so you can sleep well at any time. The staff, specifically Cora & the Gm (also a young man with a curly mustache that i didn’t catch his name) are the epitome of hospitality. So friendly & welcoming. The breakfast is delicious & there is a wonderful bar area where you can eat dinner. I absolutely love this hotel! Thank you so much for making my stay the absolute best that it could be!! Five stars!!

The stay leaves a positive impression almost immediately. The reception team were efficient, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which made the whole arrival feel smooth and reassuring. The room was impeccably clean and pleasantly quiet, breakfast was modest but clearly prepared with care, and the peaceful setting made it easy to sleep deeply and wake feeling restored. More than anything, the value is what lingers. The comfort and level of attention feel far above what the price suggests, making this an easy place to recommend and an even easier one to return to.

So my Girlfriend and I arrived at the Hotel at around 5pm, and after I went round and around with Booking.com who had screwed up my reservations, and Tried to get me to pay an additional amount of money claiming that I had not paid the entire balance, even though I set this date up 2 months prior, in which I had to make an adjustment on the dates. Anyway, Finally, Rick....The Gentleman behind the counter. Figured out the problem for me. Allowing me to disconnect with the Booking.com person ( whom I will NEVER use again) he got me all signed in. He even thru in a couple of breakfast passes, because of the booming.com aggrevation. So Kudos to Him !!! After we were settled in, we came back down and enjoyed a very nice dinner in the onsite restaurant, Another Major Plus. BTW My Girlfriend said that she thought the breakfast was the best that we've had so far of all the places that we've stayed at lately it has the Best Breakfast of them all. I agree with her. The room was perfect especially the climate control it kept us comfortable while not being noisy like most the other ones we've encountered. We only stayed the night. So we did not have time to visit the pool or any of the other amenities. But it was definitely worth the time and money spent . OH. But before I finish. Just 1 minor critique to add. The bathroom was sort of cramped and the drain plate in the bottom of the shower was loose. So that was a fail with that. I'm afraid that Tru By Hilton in Rockwall TX best you with that one. But that was the only complaint
